NEWJI Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall, in the operation of the services it provides (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"), appropriately and lawfully obtain and use the personal information (as defined in the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" [Act No. 57 of 2003, including amendments, hereinafter the same applies]) of users of the Services (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
The Company shall not obtain or use Users' personal information without adhering to this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") or any additional policies specified separately under this Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Policies"). In the event that the provisions of this Policy and Individual Policies differ, the provisions of the Individual Policies shall take precedence.
